On 19 March, the Sisters of Saint Joseph of the Apparition celebrated the Feast of Saint Joseph, their patron saint.
During the Eucharistic celebration, presided over by Monsignor Bruno Varriano, Sister Elizabeth Ramírez renewed her temporal vows to the Lord in the Congregation.
The occasion also provided an opportunity to bid farewell to Sister Ramona Cordos, who had been on a mission in Cyprus for three and a half years, serving the community, refugees, the Saint Barnabas Theological and Educational Centre, and the Nicosia parish, where she was a member of the parish council, among many other projects. She is now being sent by her Congregation on a mission to Romania. We wish her a blessed and fruitful mission.
During the Mass, Sister Marilena Argentieri, the new sister in charge of the community, was also welcomed. We wish her a fruitful mission in Cyprus.
