Empowering Faith: Transformative Training for the Faithful in the Latin Patriarchate of Cyprus
Bishop Monsignor Bruno Varriano, through the St. Barnabas Pastoral Center for Education and Formation and with the support of L’Œuvre d’Orient, is committed to providing biblical and theological formation in the Latin Vicariate of Cyprus. This initiative, carried out in partnership with L’Œuvre d’Orient, has made possible the arrival of qualified teachers, Bibles, and catechisms, equipping participants with essential resources to deepen their faith.
Courses are taught by highly qualified professors, including master’s and doctoral graduates from renowned institutions such as the Salesian Universities, the Studium Biblicum Franciscanum, and the Pontifical Gregorian University. This team of experts ensures a high standard of instruction, enriching the learning experience of all participants.
In addition, the Center offers innovative courses on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in evangelization through media, preparing laypeople to communicate the Gospel message effectively in a contemporary and engaging manner.
