Youth Today… Shaping Tomorrow

On January 10 and 11, the Latin Patriarchate Vicariate of Cyprus, together with its Pastor, Bishop Bruno Varriano, and sponsored by the CEI (Italian Episcopal Conference), organized a management and business seminar for young people from all parishes in Cyprus through the St. Barnabas Formation Center.

The seminar was led by two young Italians: Marta Grelli, Knight of the Italian Republic and founder of Start Up Travelin, and her collaborator Andrei Rigazi, who delivered the Management and Business course. This initiative opened new horizons, offered valuable professional insights, and inspired the 50 young participants who took part actively in the seminar.

Here are some testimonials:

“I would like to thank the entire team for this initiative. A special thank you to Marta and Andrei for making the trip to share their knowledge and experience with us. May the Lord bless you all. Thank you.” (Ornela)

“I believe that during these two days of the seminar, I received the missing piece of knowledge I needed to launch my business. I wish there were a more grandiloquent word in the dictionary than ‘thank you’ to express my gratitude, first and foremost, to our partners Marta and Andrei, who shared with us not only the knowledge acquired over many years of study but also their rich experience as entrepreneurs. A huge thank you to you both. I would also like to thank our Bishop, Mons. Bruno Varriano, Father Rogério Gomes, Sister Ramona, and the entire Vicariate of Cyprus team.” (Abdoulaye)

“Hi all. Even though I am a business graduate and have always believed that learning is a lifelong journey, I am amazed at how much I learned in just two days! I am grateful to God and to all of you for positively impacting my life. This is just the beginning of better days ahead, not only for me but for all of us. Trust in God, keep moving forward, and never give up! Thank you, Marta and Andrei.” (Grégoire)

“Dear organizers, I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful conference. It was my first time attending a real conference, and I truly enjoyed it. I learned so much and was also happy to receive the certificate. I appreciate all the hard work you put into this event and hope there will be more like it in the future. Thanks again to Marta and Andrei for their knowledge and presentation.” (Linda)

“Hi everyone, special thanks to the organizers of this two-day conference. I am looking forward to more programs and conferences soon. I hope to see you all again someday. Wishing everyone the very best in achieving our goals in life, individually and collectively. Have a great week ahead and stay blessed.” (Martins)

“Hi, dear all. I just want to say thank you to everyone for this excellent experience, and I am very grateful to the organizers. Big thanks to Marta and Andrei for sharing their knowledge with us.”(Gores)

“A big thank you to everyone who made this course possible and accessible for me. I am so grateful for this unique opportunity and the networking, and I am excited to apply everything I learned during these two days. We will definitely not forget you anytime soon, and hopefully you won’t forget us either. Thank you, Father Rogério and Sister Ramona, for making this possible for me. Once again, a big thank you to our incredible teachers, Marta and Andrei. Have a safe flight, and see you soon.” (Kouasseu)
